Wait List Fee

This is a one-time fee that is added into your first week’s tuition should you choose to accept a spot. Waitlist fees are non-refundable. Full-time and part-time families must pay this fee to be on the waitlist.

Enrollment Fee

This is an annual charge to enroll in the programming for both full-time and part-time families. Enrollment fees are non-refundable.

Curriculum Fee

We will be using an immersive curriculum that values experience and play. The curriculum and assessments are integrated through Brightwheel which is invaluable. This fee will be charged monthly.

Sibling Discount

If you have more than one student, you are eligible for a 10% discount on the additional children’s tuition rates.

Hours

All rates include up to 10 hours per day between 6AM – 6PM. Additional hours may be available upon request.

Late Pickup

Pick up (beyond 6PM) is charged $30 for every 15 minutes you are late. This is not applicable to families who have already arranged extended hours.

Meals and Snacks

All meals and snacks are included within the standard tuition prices.

Payments

All payments are made through Brightwheel. Credit card payments are subject to a 2.75% fee. ACH payments have no fee.

Late Payments

A late payment fee ($25) is applied after 2 days past due and must be paid within 5 days.
